MIPI: Mantle Cell Lymphoma International Prognostic Index

For patients with advanced stage mantle cell lymphoma.
Please enter baseline values of age, ECOG performance status, LDH and leukocyte count.
For LDH the upper limit of normal is also required using the same unit.
The patient will be assigned to one of three prognostic groups: low risk, intermediate risk and high risk group.
